It's your chance to preview all the wines in your allocation and taste these gems before they're unveiled to the general public. As always, Tatiana will be cura ting pairings specifically for the new lineup. If joining us in person isn't in the cards this year, we'll happily arrange shipping or a convenient alternative pick-up date.

Cabernet Blending Class 2024-05-11 Immerse yourself in an unforgettable workshop where you step into the shoes of a winemaker for the evening. Guided by our winemaker, you'll taste through a selection of wines, comparing into each varietal and their unique contributions to the blending process. When you arrive, we will wet your palette with our Rosé and nibbles of charcuterie. You will then have the opportunity to experiment and create your own custom blend. From classic Bordeaux blends to super Tuscans.... each guest's blend is a one-of-a-kind creation. And the best part? Each guest will bottle and cork their very own 750ml bottle to take home, a keepsake of this extraordinary experience.
