Brad and Jim will show off some new releases and old favorites while sharing discussion about the state of the vineyard and the past vintage. Wines will be served along with a cheese plate for your table. Brad and Jim have each also chosen two special wines to compare and pair with fun and tasty small plates. Mercury Wine: 2025 Sauvignon Musqué and 2022 Russian River Pinot Noir ~ Paired with grilled salmon and asparagus. J. Rickards Winery: 2024 Gewürztraminer and 2024 Sémillon ~ Paired with roasted pork tenderloin with an apple herb stuffing.
