PREMO Club Presents: Caribbean Cocktails Book Release

Join us at Aldina Vineyards for a special evening celebrating the release of Caribbean Cocktails: Drinks & Bites from the Afro-Latino Diaspora by Chef Nelson German and James Beard Award–winning culinary writer Andréa Lawson Gray. Enjoy seasonal bites featuring ingredients from Little Saint Farm, paired with Aldina Vineyards wines, followed by a conversation with the authors and LJ Maingard and a book signing. 5:00–7:00 PM – Reception, appetizers & Aldina wine pairings 7:00–7:30 PM – Author conversation 7:30–8:00 PM – Book signing Tickets: $75 per person for non-members and include a signed copy of Caribbean Cocktails. Proceeds benefit Sprouts Chef Training, supporting under-resourced Bay Area youth pursuing careers in the culinary industry. Space is limited. Advance reservations are encouraged.
